Since 1963 Tokibo has always been involved with hydrocephalus shunt system and still is known as a long established company who brought state-of-art technologies of shunt system to Japanese market. Tokibo introduced the world first pressure adjustable valve in 1987. We continue to contribute to give great supports more focused on Neurosurgeons, providing not only shunts but other variety of innovative products as well.

Obstretics and Gynecology

In 1986, Tokibo has first introduced IVF (In Vitro Fertilization) products in Japan. Since then, we have become a major distributor aimed at improving Reproductive health. Now a days, we also support obstetrics and gynecology field to provide the full range of the products over Woman's Health.

Shunt systems for hydrocephalus treatment produced by SOPHYSA in France, as well as operation tables manufactured by OPT SurgiSystems in Italy are sold and marketed both in Japan and abroad.

In 2009, taking advantage of its long-standing experience and expertise in the medical device industry, TKB created its own brand of OEM products, "tkb series", named after TKB Group.
