All of our service engineers are certified by the manufacturers of our ventilators as well as each of our various other products. They strive to improve their maintenance and service skills and their knowledge of medical devices in general through extensive training sessions and periodic in-house study meetings.
TKB Group has been certified in accordance with ISO9002:1994 as well as ISO9001 for its quality management system, since July 1998 and July 2002, respectively. Also, we obtained ISO 13485 accreditation for Medical Device Quality Management System in 2006. We have conbined our management system to ISO13485 in 2016. We obtained ISO 13485:2016 accreditation for Medical Device Quality Management System in 2017.
